Reservation:

Reservations can be made either on this website, by secured credit card payment, by way of a reservation form, or by phone at +41 (0) 21 963 49 73. In order to finalize any reservation, a credit card number will be demanded. Your credit card number will be the warranty of your reservation. However, the payment of any services offered by the hotel will be paid on site. Any misleading information about the credit card details will engender an immediate cancellation of the reservation, even if the former was confirmed. The transmission of credit card details is encoded via SSL. The credit card number is only decoded by a qualified employee after reception of the code by the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

No charges apply if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the expected date of arrival. In case the cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, the first night will be charged at 100%. The same case applies in case of a no show.

Reservation Confirmation:

An automatic confirmation is sent to your e-mail address for every reservation. The details of the confirmation are exactly the same as entered during the reservation. A unique reservation number is appointed to every confirmation.
